Weidemann easy coupler system (ecs). Who isn’t familiar with this - you just want to swap the attachment and when coupling, the hydraulic hoses are under pressure which makes the process very difficult. It isn’t rare to find yourself cursing when you are doing this, and more often than not, your hands are covered in oil or even sustain small injuries.
A further addition to its range sees Weidemann pushing forward into the 7 m telehandler class. The focus of operational tasks for these machines is on heavy materials handling, stacking work at great height, a good reach for shelving materials and constant activity in filling plants. Weidemann achieves the 7 m lifting height with two models: the new T7035 and T7042 offer a payload of 3.5 and 4.2 tonnes respectively. The new models provide customers with many new features and options for tailoring their own machine to suit their own working requirements.
At Weidemann, LP stands for "Low Position". This has been a long-standing tradition in the company and means that the wheel loader has a lower height and low centre of gravity - features that enable the machines to clear heights of less than two metres without the driver having to fold down the overhead guard.
Due to the massive impact of the Corona pandemic, Weidemann GmbH has so far generally refrained from participating in trade fairs for the first two quarters of 2021. The situation is also assessed as critical for the rest of the year.
After the final discontinuation of the popular and successful 2070LP and 2070LPT models with 80 hp due to the current exhaust emission standards, Weidemann is presenting the two successor models 2080LP and 2080LPT.
