For the welfare of your horses

Since the start of the 1970s, Weidemann has been your partner in equestrian sports and horse riding. The close co-operation with our customers has always led to innovative concepts and ultimately to a well thought-out product range with a high level of suitability and sophisticated technology. Our range of products leaves nothing to be desired: whether you want to muck out in narrow stalls, spread hay or straw, prepare the ground of the riding hall or riding arena, lift straw bales up to the roof of your hall or simply sweep your farm – we have the right machine and the right attachment.

Our manufacturing is always a step ahead of cutting technology. The high processing quality of our machines means investment protection and pays off in the long run: long service life, low operating costs and high value retention. The “Weidemann” will already be indispensable on your farm after a short time.

Our special feature - emission-free work

The 1160 eHoftrac is in its zone here: the battery-operated machine eliminates exhaust fumes and noise from your everyday work. One battery charge lasts for a work application of 2 to 5 hours, depending on the application conditions. Interim charges are possible at all times. The battery charger sits behind the battery directly in the machine. The machine is already very popular in the equine industry (see the use report at the end of the page).

Activities and applications in the equine industry

Discover the possibilities with some examples.

  • Mucking out stalls

With many work tasks, you encounter space constraints and it is important that you can use a manoeuvrable machine with compact dimensions, which nevertheless provides the desired performance – this is a crucial factor when mucking out the stables. The practical stable helper provides support here.

  • Setting fence posts

The fencing of the paddocks and the associated maintenance work: you can easily and quickly bore holes with the earth borer in order to set fence posts so they are firmly in place. It also makes it easy to plant trees and install signs. Depending on the application purpose, a borer length of 1,240 or 1,520 mm is recommended.

  • Screeding the riding ring

The horse riding business ensures the daily screeding of the riding ring or the riding arena. The different rollers of our riding ring and track planner adjust perfectly to the properties of your arena floor. The height is also individually adjustable.

  • Setting up a show-jumping course

You can easily move and set up the obstacles on your riding arena with the pallet fork as a universal tool. The off-road capability of the Weidemann machines and their high level of manoeuvrability play a crucial role in completing the work efficiently.

  • Handling bales

The handling of round, square or silo bales is part of the daily work on your horse farm. Since there are many different types of bales, Weidemann offers a variety of different bale grippers and bale forks. In this way, you always have the right tool ready.

  • Transport work

Transporting various goods and materials is one of the most frequent activities that the Weidemann machine helps you with. Attachments, such as pallet forks or various buckets, are used in the process. Physically strenuous manual labour is thus mechanised and you benefit from significant time savings.

  • Cleaning

Weidemann machines can be equipped with various sweeping machines, weed brooms, high-pressure cleaners or sweepers in order to remove dirt of any kind. In this way, you keep your property clean and presentable at all times.

  • Plot maintenance

There are green areas at every horse farm, which must be mowed regularly. The Weidemann machine combined with a rotary mower, mulcher or a flail mower with collecting tray is recommended here. A pruning saw, rear trimmers or double-knife mower are also available here for trimming hedges, bushes and trees.

  • Winter service

Weidemann machines can be equipped with various snow blades and rear spreaders, depending on the model. This gives you valuable support in winter service to keep the grounds free of snow and ice.
